  18.  Missions is used to select:

  28. Once you have selected a mission, location, and plane... The simulation
  29. begins. Here are some simple instructions on how to take off from the 
  30. airfield.
  31.  
  32.   step 1 -> Hit F2 to make flying the plane/jet a snap.
  33.   step 2 -> If using joystick hit the button to place your flashing box
  34.             over the small white crosshair.(if using mouse then just
  35.             move your flashing box over the crosshair).
  36.   step 3 -> Use the 1 through 0 keys to adjust your speed. A good
  37.             take-off speed is the (8 key).
  38.   step 4 -> Pull staight back on the controller you are using 
  39.             (mouse/joystick), but not too far just under the bottom
  40.             of the plane! And it should take off. 
  41.   step 5 -> Once in mid-air hit (G key) to retract the gear. Then
  42.             to fly the plane just move your controller in small movements
  43.             around the small crosshair. You will be moving the flashing box
  44.             so use this to control flight!

  51.   F2 -> Rear View of plane/jet
  52.   F3 -> Tower View
  53.   F4 -> Looking down at plane/jet

  55.   F6 -> View from another plane/jet already in the sky
  56.   F7 -> Satillite View

  58.   The arrow Keys -> Pan around the view you have selected (F1-F7)

  60.   1 - 0 -> 1 slowest speed and 0 is the fastest speed
  61.   -   + -> (-) is to decrease speed (single step) (+) to speed up.

  63.   ESC -> Escapes to Main Menu to select another plane/jet or all
  64.          together new mission/race.

  66.   W -> Turn the realism of wind ON/OFF
  67.   E -> Flaps back
  68.   F -> Flaps foward
  69.   P -> Pause
  70.   G -> Gear up/down
  71.   H -> Heading ON/OFF

  73.   ] -> (single step) pan up
  74.   ' -> (single step) pan down
  75.   : -> (single step) pan left
  76.   [ -> (single step) pan right

  78.   Z -> Move pointer setter to the left  (from cockpit view).
